Part-Time Job Description

Wilbir is looking for a reliable, upbeat addition to our small team. You'll be the friendly face customers meet in the shop and a steady hand behind the scenes — helping orders go out the door looking their best.

What We're Looking For:

• A dependable, upbeat teammate who's ready to jump in wherever needed

• Prior retail experience (required)

• Floral experience is a plus

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and energized by good workflows

• Equally comfortable working solo or alongside a small team

• Professional, punctual, and easy to rely on

• Comfortable making local flower deliveries

• Able to lift at least 30 lbs

• Clean driving record

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers with questions and transactions 

• Process and organize shop inventory

• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized shop environment

• Handle, process, and care for fresh flowers

• Process in-person, online, and phone orders

• Prepare for and assist with local deliveries

• Clean and maintain floral supplies

• Support floral design and occasional events as needed

The Details:

• Part-time: 12–15 hours per week

• Wednesdays and Sundays required, plus additional weekday shifts seasonally.

• $18 - 20/hour
